Here at Atthis, we like to think that we are refreshingly different. We are not interested in the number of properties we can squeeze into a single plot. We are not interested in frustrating our clients with games or a lack of trust. We want a fair deal for our clients and Atthis alike.

Land purchase and planning applications can often be a tricky world to navigate. Atthis will look to take on the risk of the planning application on behalf of our clients. The only exposure to our clients will be the cost of solicitor’s fees to check and agree to the exclusive agreement through to completion.

Meet The Team

Introducing Liam and James the founders of Atthis.  Atthis was established in 2019 over many coffees in a construction site canteen. It quickly became apparent that we each had a passion for property development. We both have extensive experience within the industry undertaking various projects solely. Combining our knowledge and experience through Atthis allows us to better serve our clients. All aspects of the business will be handled personally by Liam or James.

I have been in the property, construction, and civil engineering industry since 2005. I am lucky to have been involved with a variety of projects ranging from house builds, right through to the construction of The Shard in London. I have undertaken many house renovations, extensions, new builds and feel very passionate about what Atthis can offer. I currently reside on the border of Hampshire and Dorset but will be liaising with clients over the south of the U.K.

During a career that spans almost three decades, I have established an excellent reputation for building strong relationships with consumers and clients alike. I began my career with Tarmac Major Projects that eventually led to working on several key and major infrastructure projects within the UK and Middle East. Like my business partner James, I feel very enthusiastic about what services and experience Atthis have to offer. I currently reside in Somerset and will be liaising with clients in the South West and Midlands.

Form and Function

You may be wondering about the name Atthis. Pronounced Ath-iss. The name comes from the beautiful Kingfisher – Alcedo Atthis (latin name). Once it was spoken, we knew it was for us.
