Our Process

Here at Atthis we always work with integrity in everything we do. We will be transparent in stating that the completion of the land purchase will be dependent on the successful grant of planning permission.

How our process works:

1. Boundary Agreed

The boundary of the plot of land to be sold is agreed and a draft plan produced.

2. Value Agreed

A value for the land purchase is agreed.

3. Exclusive Agreement

Both parties enter into an Exclusive Agreement that binds the land purchase to the successful grant of planning permission.

4. Planning Solution

We work together to find an acceptable planning solution that we are comfortable with. Again, we focus on quality and not quantity. Atthis will develop the plans and application for submission.

5. Planning Application

Atthis submits the planning application.

6. Planning Permission

If planning is not granted, then the process ends here.

If planning is successful, then we complete the purchase.
